It is a semi-detached house with two floors above ground and a residential attic. There were a total of three spacious apartment units in the building. The building dates from the 1920s and was probably inspired by early 20th century English architecture. From the exterior, the building resembles two interlocking blocks covered with hipped roofs. The corner of the building on the 1st floor smoothly transitions into a slightly overhanging corner bay window.
Here, we carried out a total reconstruction of the common areas, as well as the addition of an attic with new dormers and a general reconstruction of the apartment units. An apartment unit was also built into the 1st underground floor.
